Danya Ortiz

Danya Ortiz is a recent Stanford graduate (25’), having majored in Psychology and minored in Biology, currently doing research in her gap year before medical school. Her honors thesis with VPNL focused on familiarity, format, and category representations in the pre-frontal and high-level visual cortices. She also aids the lab in the MRI scanning of both adults and babies. She enjoys reading, writing letters to friends, hiking, going to concerts, the opera, and embroidery. Finally, she prefers rain to snow.
