Instructions for SurfRelax Segmentation / Visualization software
(This software does scriptable skull-removal / segmentation / inflation / flattening on volume anatomies. The segmentation algorithms are particularly nice, and don't produce any bridges/handles, but the code is a bit picky about having aligned volume anatomies. It also contains stand-alone volume and surface viewers for unix, which are qiuite handy.)
